Part-Time Office Assistant
We are hiring a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in Kolding. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies. Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them as necessary
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Performing data entry and filing documents
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in an office setting preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable and able to work independently
Salary:
$1700 per month (pro-rated for part-time hours)
Location:
Kolding, Denmark (preference for local candidates)
Working Hours:
Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
