Job Title: Pastry Chef for High-End Restaurant in Kolding, Denmark
We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Kolding, Denmark. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious and visually stunning desserts and pastries for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods for the restaurant menu
- Create new and innovative dishes while also maintaining traditional favorites
- Ensure all desserts are prepared to the highest quality standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of pastry supplies to maintain an efficient kitchen
- Train and mentor junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section of the kitchen
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Proficient knowledge of various baking techniques and pastry arts
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent time management skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Passion for creating unique and delicious desserts using fresh, local ingredients
Salary:
