We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Surveyor to join our team based in Kolding, Denmark. As a Contract Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and buildings, analyzing data and producing reports, and providing professional advice to clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in surveying, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in relevant software programs. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and an urgent start date. Salary will be 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and measurements of land and buildings using specialized equipment
- Analyze data collected from surveys to produce accurate reports
- Provide professional advice to clients on property boundaries, construction projects, and other related matters
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Utilize relevant software programs for data collection, analysis, and presentation
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Proven experience as a Surveyor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in relevant software programs such as AutoCAD
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English
