Merchandising Coordinator

The Merchandising Coordinator will play a crucial role in our company's success by coordinating and managing the merchandising process. Based in Kolding, the successful candidate will work closely with our team of buyers, designers, and suppliers to ensure that our products are displayed effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with buyers to determine product assortment and quantities
- Work with designers to create visual merchandising displays for stores
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies for merchandise
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and principles
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
