We are a leading retail company in Kolding seeking a highly motivated Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating attractive product displays and maintaining inventory levels to drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and trends to determine optimal product placement and inventory levels
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products and entice customers to make purchases
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure displays are properly stocked, organized, and in line with company standards
- Collaborate with the buying team to plan product assortment and develop effective merchandising strategies
- Communicate with store managers regarding sales performance, product availability, and upcoming promotions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry is an asset but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and creative mindset for creating eye-catching displays
- Good communication skills and ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Must be physically fit as this role involves lifting and moving merchandise

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month. We also provide accommodation for out-of-town employees. Visa sponsorship may be available for non-residents.
