As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are displayed and promoted in the most appealing and effective way possible. Your main goal will be to increase sales and customer engagement through strategic merchandising techniques.

To excel in this role, you must have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of consumer behavior. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop merchandising plans that align with company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Create visually appealing displays that highlight product benefits and features
- Ensure all products are stocked, priced correctly, and have accurate signage
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any potential stock shortages
- Train store staff on proper product placement and display techniques
- Regularly analyze sales data to make informed decisions about product placement and promotions
- Travel to different stores within the assigned area to set up displays
- Build positive relationships with store managers and staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in retail merchandising or related field
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed
