Sales Manager (Kolding, Denmark)
As a Sales Manager in our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. Your main duties will include developing sales strategies, setting sales goals, and overseeing the daily operations of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet overall company objectives
- Set sales targets for individual team members and monitor their performance
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge in order to achieve targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
