Waiter/Waitress


As a Waiter/Waitress at our upscale restaurant in Kolding, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will also be responsible for handling payments and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks with proper presentation and timing
- Provide recommendations on menu items to guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, utensils, and dining area
- Assist with setting up tables for new guests as needed
