We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated efforts towards company objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
