Seasonal Waiter/Waitress in Kolding, Denmark


We are looking for a friendly and efficient Seasonal Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Kolding. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and answer any questions about menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to customers
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Process payments using cash or credit card
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
