Waiter/Waitress



We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Kolding. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and serving food and drinks to our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely manner
- Present menus and take food/drink orders
- Provide recommendations on menu items, specials, and promotions
- Serve food/drinks to customers accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries or requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and work station
- Process payments using POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in Kolding
