Land Surveyor

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Kolding. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and producing accurate measurements of land, buildings, and other features. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed successfully.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, robotic total stations, and electronic distance-measuring devices to measure and map areas
- Conduct field surveys to identify boundaries, topography, and other physical features
- Prepare survey reports and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Analyze data and create maps, charts, or diagrams to present survey results
- Collaborate with project managers and other professionals to ensure accurate surveying data is obtained
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new techniques in surveying

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using CAD software for creating maps and drawings
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and analysis of data
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with project members
