Job Title: Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Kolding. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and provide accurate measurements for construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, and we offer accommodation for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various techniques and tools
- Analyze survey data and create detailed reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Use GPS, laser levels, and other equipment to accurately measure land features
- Prepare maps, charts, and diagrams based on survey data

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Familiarity with GPS technology, laser levels, and other surveying tools
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Experience with AutoCAD or other mapping software
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Own visa or ability to obtain one
