We are a busy, high-end barbershop located in Kolding seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our clients, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating unique and personalized looks for each client.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling services to clients
- Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of all tools and equipment used
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences before beginning any services
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in men's grooming and hair styling
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction
- Upsell products and services when appropriate

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barber in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong knowledge of different hair types, styles, and techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment
- Must have a valid visa for working in Kolding
