We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided, so we prefer candidates who already have a valid visa to work in Denmark.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate and finish baked goods with icing, glazes, or other toppings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Ensure all baked goods are properly labeled and stored
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies when needed
- Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a professional Baker
- Knowledge of different types of doughs and their properties
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust ingredients as needed
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality control
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent time management skills in order to meet production deadlines
- Valid visa or work permit for Denmark (this is an urgent position)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
