Courier Supervisor


We are hiring a Courier Supervisor to oversee our courier team in Kolding. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations and ensuring that all deliveries are completed on time and efficiently. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$. Women are encouraged to apply and we will provide free visa and ticket for international candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the courier team
- Assign delivery routes and ensure timely completion of deliveries
- Monitor courier performance and provide training as needed
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses, and customer complaints
- Handle any issues or delays with deliveries in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery updates or concerns
- Implement safety protocols for the courier team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Courier Supervisor or similar role
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using technology for tracking deliveries (e.g. GPS)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry
- Knowledge of Kolding's geography and traffic patterns
- Fluency in Danish (or another Scandinavian language)
