Job Title: Courier Supervisor

We are a fast-paced and growing courier company looking for a highly organized and reliable Courier Supervisor to join our team in Kolding. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our courier service, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of couriers and ensure their daily schedules are organized and maintained.
- Train new couriers on company policies and procedures.
- Monitor the performance of couriers and provide feedback for improvement.
- Assign routes and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of packages.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses, and other relevant data.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or business administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the courier or logistics industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees.
- Knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and regulations is preferred.
- Proficient in using computer software for tracking deliveries and managing data.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
