Caregiver Assistant


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Assistant to join our team in Kolding. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will work closely with our team of caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to our clients in their daily activities. Your main responsibilities will include helping with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing, preparing meals, and providing companionship.

To excel in this role, you must have a genuine passion for helping others and be able to work well in a team environment. Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required. However, you must be willing to learn and follow our company's standards for providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the caregiving team
- Follow company protocols for medication management
- Accompany clients on outings or appointments as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients' families and healthcare professionals

Requirements:
- Must have the legal right to work in Kolding (visa sponsorship available)
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Prior experience as a caregiver or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
- Basic knowledge of caregiving techniques and best practices
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting or assisting clients with mobility if necessary

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. You will be working primarily during regular business hours but may also be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on occasion. The job may involve some physical demands, such as standing, walking, and lifting.
