Handyman for Property Maintenance (Kolding, Denmark)

We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various properties, including residential and commercial buildings. Your main duties will include performing general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and painting. You should have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and painting.
- Inspect buildings and identify any issues or repairs needed.
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures and equipment.
- Install new fixtures and equipment as needed.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance work performed.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner with high quality standards.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and painting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Own tools are preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. We also offer additional benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
