Part-Time Administrator in Kolding


We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Kolding. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of all correspondence
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrator or similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Biometric passport is required for this position
