We are hiring a skilled and reliable Loader Operator to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials on job sites. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and free visa and ticket for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders to load and transport materials such as dirt, rocks, sand, and gravel
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the loader at all times
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Communicate with team members to coordinate loading activities and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisor immediately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders in construction or similar industry
- Must possess a valid loader operator license/certification
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Danish proficiency preferred)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
