We are searching for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Kolding. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell our products/services to potential and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions accordingly
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Attend meetings, events, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share
- Keep track of sales activities, including calls made, meetings scheduled, deals closed, etc.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, competitors' activities, and product knowledge

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish
- Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Valid driver's license
