Body Repair Technician


We are in search of a skilled Body Repair Technician to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Body Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring the body of damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles and assess repair needs
- Utilize various tools and equipment to repair or replace damaged body parts
- Weld, sand, and buff vehicle surfaces to achieve a smooth finish
- Follow manufacturer guidelines for repair processes and use recommended techniques
- Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines and any additional issues that may arise during the repair process
- Keep accurate records of all repairs performed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Technician or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle construction, body repair techniques, and tools/equipment used in the trade
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods of time, and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers

Preferred:
- Certification or training from an accredited technical school or program in automotive collision repair
- Experience working with various makes and models of vehicles
- Familiarity with computerized estimating systems

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
