Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Kolding. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and high productivity. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$, and accommodation is not provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the office, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and redirecting them to the appropriate person or department
- Create and maintain filing systems for important documents and records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as requested by management
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for office expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
