Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager - Kolding



A luxurious hotel in Kolding is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a part-time employee, you will have the flexibility to work around your own schedule while still contributing to the success of our hotel.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy
- Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to secure corporate accounts
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Create and maintain sales reports, tracking progress towards goals
- Attend networking events and trade shows to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
