We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy at our hotel. You will also work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and attract new business. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build relationships through networking
- Respond to inquiries and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Analyze sales data and create reports for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience working in the hospitality industry in Denmark. Accommodation can be provided for candidates who are not local.
