Concierge - Kolding, Denmark
Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Our luxury hotel in Kolding, Denmark is seeking a Concierge to join our team on a contract basis. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other services as requested by guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events, restaurants, and activities in the local area
- Monitor guest requests through our internal system and ensure they are completed to satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with other benefits such as discounted rates at our hotel chain.
