Job Title: Guest Services Concierge


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Guest Services Concierge to join our team in Kolding. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation and make reservations for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment in the lobby area
- Monitor guest feedback and address any issues or concerns accordingly
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Must be able to legally work in Kolding without sponsorship or accommodation

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.
