Temporary Concierge


As a Temporary Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests and residents at our luxury property in Kolding. You will assist with various tasks, including managing reservations, coordinating transportation, and ensuring all requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing information about the property and surrounding area
- Manage reservations for amenities and services, such as spa appointments or restaurant reservations
- Coordinate transportation for guests, including arranging taxis or car services as needed
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, assisting with luggage and other items as needed
- Assist with special projects or events as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Compensation:
This is a temporary position paying $1100 per month. Our company offers competitive compensation packages based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Kolding. Candidates who are already located in Kolding will be given preference; however, applicants from other cities within Denmark will also be considered.
