Concierge Assistant



The role of a Concierge Assistant is to provide excellent customer service and assistance to guests at our high-end hotel in Kolding, Denmark. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay by fulfilling their requests and providing helpful recommendations for local attractions and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the hotel's facilities and services
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring that all necessary forms are completed accurately
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, including making reservations for restaurants, transportation, and other services as needed
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure that guest needs are met in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, keeping it free from clutter at all times
- Provide accurate information about local attractions, events, and transportation options to help guests plan their stay
- Handle any complaints or issues from guests with professionalism and resolve them to their satisfaction
- Assist in monitoring the security of the hotel premises by reporting any unusual or suspicious activities immediately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Proven experience in customer service or related field preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of local area attractions is preferred
- Must have own visa to work in Denmark
