IT Manager



As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and operations of the company. Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining systems and networks, and ensuring the security and availability of all technology resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and security
- Plan, coordinate, and implement new systems or upgrades to existing ones
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues or outages
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
- Oversee software licensing compliance
- Stay informed about new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role in a corporate setting
- Strong technical knowledge of network administration, security protocols, hardware/software systems, etc.
- Familiarity with cloud computing solutions (e.g. AWS)
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Location: Vejle (or remote within Denmark)
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
