IT Manager


As an IT Manager for our company in Vejle, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information technology department. You will work closely with upper management to identify and implement technological solutions that align with our business goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies and initiatives in line with company objectives

- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

- Maintain relationships with vendors for equipment purchases or services
- Develop disaster recovery plans and lead the implementation of backup systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and data protection measures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
