We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and resolving any hardware or software issues they may encounter.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other devices
- Installing and configuring computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices
- Setting up new user accounts and maintaining existing ones
- Conducting regular maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborating with other team members to escalate complex issues when needed

Requirements:
- A diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred but not required)
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
