QA Engineer - Biometric Passport (Contract)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our biometric passport software. This is a contract position that offers a salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough testing of all features and functionalities of the biometric passport software
- Identifying and documenting any bugs or issues found during testing
- Collaborating with the development team to resolve any issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
- Developing and maintaining test cases and test plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Communicating project progress, test results, and any potential risks to the project manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the biometrics industry
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with automated testing tools is preferred
- Knowledge of biometric technologies such as facial recognition and fingerprint scanning is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
