QA Engineer - Biometric Passport Specialist

As a QA Engineer - Biometric Passport Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our biometric passport system. You will work closely with our development team to design and execute test plans, identify and report issues, and ensure timely resolution. Your expertise in biometric technology and understanding of industry standards will be crucial in ensuring compliance and user satisfaction. You must have experience working with biometric passports and possess strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical problems. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development team to design test plans for biometric passport system
- Execute test cases and report any issues found
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems related to biometric technology
- Ensure compliance with industry standards for biometric passports
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures
- Provide regular updates on testing progress to project managers
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Experience working with biometric passports is required
- Strong understanding of biometric technology principles
- Familiarity with industry standards for biometric passports
- Excellent analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Location: This position is located in Vejle, Denmark.

Salary: The salary for this position starts at $1200 per month, commensurate with experience.
