Android Developer

We are hiring an experienced Android Developer to join our team in Vejle. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building advanced applications for the Android platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. The ideal candidate should have a strong experience in Android development, as well as a deep understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. Proficiency in Java and working knowledge of Kotlin is required. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs is also necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues and fix bugs to improve application performance
- Ensure code quality by writing clean, modular, testable code

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 3+ years of proven work experience as an Android developer
- Strong knowledge of Java and Kotlin programming languages
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs such as Retrofit, Glide, etc.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1700/month (part-time)
Location: Vejle (with accommodation option)
