Teamlead for Biometric Passport Processing in Vejle


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Teamlead for Biometric Passport Processing in Vejle. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of passport processing agents and ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of biometric passports. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of passport processing agents in Vejle
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of biometric passports
- Train new employees on passport processing procedures and protocols
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and reports on passport processing activities
- Stay up-to-date with changes in biometric passport regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with biometric passports is an asset but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (Danish proficiency is an asset)
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel within Europe

Working Conditions:
