Teamlead - Vejle, Denmark
As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees in our Vejle office. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the team meets their targets and delivers high-quality work. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as you will be responsible for motivating and guiding your team towards success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address any issues, and provide feedback
- Develop training programs to enhance the skills of team members
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and increase efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Danish is preferred but not required
