We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teamlead to join our expanding team in Vejle, Denmark. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals in the delivery of high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of professionals in the successful delivery of projects
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development and growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or risks, taking appropriate corrective actions as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes
- Implement processes and procedures to improve team efficiency and productivity
- Communicate project updates, deadlines, and expectations clearly to team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within a similar industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving common goals
- A positive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing environments
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1200$ per month for this position. Additionally, we also provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
