Part-Time Project Manager in Vejle, Denmark


We are looking for a skilled and experienced part-time project manager to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our company. Your main duties will include creating and implementing project plans, monitoring progress, coordinating with team members, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans based on the company's goals and objectives
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with team members to assign tasks, set deadlines, and provide guidance and support
- Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed about project updates and changes
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues
- Ensure all projects comply with budget constraints and quality standards
- Prepare reports on project status, including progress, expenses, risks, and challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or project management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or Trello is preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish within budget constraints
