Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online platforms.
- Manage client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication.
- Utilize knowledge of products/services to answer client questions and make recommendations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; proficiency in Danish is a plus.
- Proficiency with computers and experience using online platforms for communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills.
- Must have a biometric passport or willingness to obtain one.

Salary: 1700$ per month.
