Typesetter

We are seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our team in Vejle. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for setting and arranging text and images into a visually appealing layout for print or digital media. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in typesetting, preferably in a publishing or printing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Review and proofread text to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Format text and images according to design specifications
- Adjust spacing, font size, and other formatting elements as needed
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and editors to ensure a cohesive final product
- Use software applications such as Adobe InDesign and QuarkXPress to create layouts
- Convert files into various formats for printing or digital distribution

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe InDesign and QuarkXPress
- Knowledge of typography, layout principles, and color theory
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vejle (no accommodation provided)
