Online Consultant

We are in search of a dynamic and customer-focused Online Consultant to join our team in Vejle. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online clients. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding product offerings, pricing, and promotions
- Assisting customers with placing orders and resolving any issues that may arise during the ordering process
- Addressing customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, seeking solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products and services in order to effectively assist customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Familiarity with online communication platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are an asset)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
