Online Consultant
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online support and guidance to clients and customers. This includes answering inquiries, providing product or service information, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will primarily communicate with clients through various online platforms such as email, chat, or social media. Additionally, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest products and services offered by our company in order to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries through various online channels
- Provide accurate information about products or services offered by our company
- Resolve client concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a positive attitude and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about new products, services, and policies of the company
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the online support process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using various online communication tools such as email, chat, social media
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Vejle (own visa required)
