Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing customer service and support to clients through online platforms. This includes answering inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients by providing excellent customer service
- Manage online platforms and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using online platforms and familiar with social media channels
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail

Salary: $1600 per month (part-time)
Location: Vejle, Denmark (accommodation provided)
Visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens.
