Part-Time Moderator in Vejle, Denmark


We are seeking a part-time moderator to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user-generated content on our online platform. This includes reviewing and approving or removing comments, posts, and other content according to our community guidelines. You will also be responsible for responding to user inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our platform and ensure it adheres to our community guidelines
- Review and approve or remove comments, posts, and other content as necessary
- Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the rest of the moderation team to continuously improve our community guidelines and processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is preferred but not required

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position, with flexible working hours. The salary is 1200$ per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Visa sponsorship may also be available for non-EU citizens.
