Moderator - Vejle, Denmark


As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining online communities and forums to ensure a positive and safe environment for users. You will work closely with the community management team to enforce rules and guidelines, resolve conflicts, and promote engagement within the community.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online communities and forums on a daily basis
- Enforce community rules and guidelines to maintain a positive environment
- Respond to user inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner
- Identify and resolve conflicts within the community
- Encourage user engagement through creating discussions, polls, events etc.
- Collaborate with the community management team to develop strategies for improving community engagement
- Keep track of trends in the online community space and make suggestions for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience moderating online communities or forums preferred
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflict resolution effectively
- Familiarity with various moderation tools
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vejle, Denmark
