Facade Engineer - Vejle, Denmark


We are a renowned architecture firm based in Vejle, Denmark seeking a highly skilled Facade Engineer to join our team. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings. You will work closely with architects, structural engineers and contractors to ensure that our building facades are not only aesthetically pleasing but also structurally sound.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative and sustainable facade solutions for new construction projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost estimates for facade designs
- Collaborate with architects to ensure that facade designs align with the overall design of the building
- Liaise with contractors to oversee the construction of facades and ensure quality control
- Conduct regular inspections of existing facades and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture with specialization in facades
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Facade Engineer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods and structural engineering principles
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
