Finisher Supervisor

Our company, located in Vejle, is seeking a skilled and experienced Finisher Supervisor to join our team. As a Finisher Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing process of various products in our production line. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, and we also offer free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the finishing process of products according to company standards
- Ensure that all finished products meet quality requirements
- Train and mentor finisher staff to ensure efficiency and quality
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or damages
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for all employees

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Strong understanding of finishing techniques for various materials such as wood, metal, and plastic
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred:
- Experience in supervisory or managerial role
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a production setting
