We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients while adhering to local building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Review and approve construction materials and techniques to ensure compliance with building codes
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution of plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
